So many people have asked how the existing Toa fit into the Exo-Toa that I've shot pictures of the rest of the Toa, in the best position I could find for each.
Well, 4 out of 6 isn't bad, I suppose.

This is a review of the 8557 Exo-Toa, scheduled for release in the United States in June (along with the Bahrag set), and in the UK in September. The Exo is currently available in Singapore, and this particular set was purchased through eBay from a Singapore seller.
Is it worth the wait? Will it crush the Bohrok and Bahrag? Can Pohatu fit? Read on to find the answers!

Mata Nui flyby promo complete
The "Mata Nui"
section of the McDonald's Bohrok Swarm promotion is finished and has been released on Bionicle.com. As with the other two promo areas, the Mata Nui area requires a password, readily available from the cover of one of the online comics
The Exo-Toa: First Look
The Exo-Toa (8557) has arrived, at least from Singapore via eBay. I just finished constructing the set and will post many more pictures and an in-depth review tomorrow. Until then, here's a size comparison
between the Exo and the Boxor.
Find out tomorrow if the wait is worth it. (And yes, that's the gold hau, it wouldn't be a BinkyReview™ if Tahu wasn't sporting his heavy metal headgear.)

Maybe it was inadvertant, but LEGO has revealed to us if the Nuva will be able to use the Toa Exo Skeleton.
In conjunction with the new Bionicle promotion at McDonald's, a major addition
to Bionicle.com is now online. Three Flash-based "explorations" based on the Exo-Toa, the Bohrok, and Mata Nui have been added (although the Mata Nui version is still in development).
Thanks to Extreme Kopaka from BZCommunity for the tip.

On the eve of the latest McDonald's/LEGO promotion, some Bohrok Awake CCG card packs are making their way into the world. The promotion begins May 24th and runs through June 13th, or while supplies last, in North America.
Dimensioneer from BZCommunity has posted another in a series of excellent reviews of 2002 Bionicle releases, this time for the promo cards. Card images will also be posted on KP as soon as we get them.

Fan Fiction section to be removed
For several reasons, which I won't get into here, the Fan Fiction section of Kanohi-Power is being phased out. Beginning Friday, May 24, we will be removing the fan fiction stories from KP, so if you need a backup now is the time to retrieve it. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Many times while having my Toa wander over the varied climates and terrains of Mata Nui, I have asked myself the question, “How big is this ‘island’ anyway?” From what Lego has said in numerous publications and releases, one would think that the island is just that – a small island. However, how could a “normal” island have such varied climate and terrain? Using the measurements given on www.bionicle.com, I will explore the answer to this unsolved mystery.

The May/June 2002 LEGO Magazine is out, and with it is BIONICLE comic 6: “Into the Nest.” Apparently the vanguard for the new 2002 sets, the club mag and comic are chock-full of new information for the 2002 sets and storyline. There are tons of spoilers
, enough so that we need to split them into separate sections. Read at your own risk!
- Comic 6 action
- How the new sets fit into the storyline
It appears the Bohrok Swarm trading card game is available, at least on eBay. An auction
for three decks is under way, but will probably not last long. Appreciation to Flintsmith
for posting the auction link.

Bionicle Mata Nui game tops on LEGO club member list
According to an informal poll on the LEGO Club site, the Bionicle Mata Nui game
is the favorite online game for club members. The MN game managed to beat out the new Studios Backlot game
, 4x4 Extreme Rally
, and Junkbot Undercover
for the top spot. The other Bionicle online game, Huai Snowball Sling
, managed to claim third place so far.
The poll lasts approximately a month and results are subject to change.

Okay, I know everyone is really excited about the Toa Nuva (and so am I!) but aren't we forgetting one small thing... the Toa Exo Skeleton?
