New, but Different, 2009 Images Occur
Hot Bionicle NewsFriday, October 17th, 2008 at 10:27pm by Yannick, BZPower Reporter
[Source: Creep Of The Deep, Makuta Mutran]

For the second time this week, we get a further look at 2009, and now the first (somewhat) clear images of in fact the entire winter lineup -- including the previously unrevealed green small set. Again the source is a German web site, but the images themselves bear some differences from what we've seen before. Also present is a new view, apparently box cover art, of the titan we reported two days ago.

Before the images themselves, a reminder: if you discuss these images in the forums, you MUST use a spoiler tag! Failure to do this may result in administrative action, as these images and names are still quite definitely spoilers.

    First, the canister sets:

    Skrall
    Malum
    Gresh
    Tarix
    Strakk
    Vorox

    The little folk:

    Atakus
    Raanu
Tarduk (the hitherto un(legally)seen little green guy)
    Berix
    Metus
    Zesk

    And finally the larger sets.

    Fero and Skirmix
    Tuma

But apart from those, today Target has also graced us with a new picture of Tuma. Apparently, this will be his box art an extremely clear image that no doubt will be much raved over.

But there is one thing that should be noted: the images above have a number of differences, some of them very dramatic, from the shots that were posted a couple weeks ago. This makes it quite unclear which group shows the final designs, if either -- it's quite possible that everything we've seen has been prototypes and the final sets will have differences from both. On that, we'll just have to wait and see, so keep that in mind when discussing these.

And until we do find out what the final designs are, let's remember to keep using spoiler tags, okie?Discuss This Story
