    BricksCascade 2014 Wrapup
Hot Bionicle NewsThursday, March 13th, 2014 at 2:24am by Jason, BZPower Reporter

BricksCascade took place last weekend in Portland, Oregon, and there were lots of cool models to see, as well as cool prizes to win and fun people to hang out with! BZPower Reporter xccj has gathered some pictures of the models for your viewing pleasure. Read on to check them out.

    Created with flickr slideshow.

This is only a small sampling of the many amazing creations seen at BricksCascade. We are a much smaller convention compared to some of the others, but the quality of the MOCs was not lacking at all. Although I didn't manage to get a ton of great pictures of our Bionicle display, it was still well stocked with models from Roa McToa and Deevee. Deevee also took home the Best Rahi and Best Overall Bionicle trophies, while Kakaru won the Best Toa trophy.

There were also quite a few BZPower members and Bionicle fans in attendance. They are, from left to right: xccj, Kakaru, Nukaya, Emporer Whenua, Roa McToa, Emzee, and Kayru. Not pictured: the fabulous Deevee.

We had a lot of fun, and it was great to hang out with everybody and enjoy our LEGO habits together! If you can't make it to BricksCascade last year, I would certainly recommend checking out more LEGO conventions in your local area, perhaps by browsing through our conventions forum.
