Yeah, sometimes minimum requirements don't work as described. Probably because other hardware is using the same power supply, so the GPU doesn't get all the power it needs.

I have some ideas on how you can monitor your PSU output (get on wlm), but I don't think there will be any solution other than getting a better PSU in your system.
