Chocobos are a recurring race of avian mounts from many of the Final Fantasy games. They are often used as transportation around the world in a method that keeps random encounters away and increases land speed. They have been known to have various cries throughout the series. The earliest games had them crying "Cooc Cooc," the newer games had them crying "Wark," and the newest games have them crying "Kweh".

As part of my Lego Final Fantasy Project, I have made the chocobo from the Final Fantasy series (by using the basic bit sprites from old school games).

Warkweh!

Cool!

Very good design, you used some of the pieces very creatively.

I'd complain about the feet, but I guess it doesn't matter that they can't come apart.

First, as awesome as it is, there's not enough orange around/on/near the beak. Otherwise good.

Next, it's out of proportion with the Final Fantasy minifigs.

Third, how dare you edit a panel of 8-Bit Theatre to your own twisted ends! :P

Finally, you did get Brian's permission to edit and use it like that, right?

1. I had it with the lots of orange that you speak of, but after looking at it and recent incarnations of chocobos, it just didn't look right.

2. Of course. It happens when working with Lego. I would have built smaller if I could get smaller eyes.

3. Yes, how dare I.

4. Of course not. The sprites are not his original work.

1. I suppose I'll take your word on that.

2. Point taken.

4(3 skipped as I really can't think of a response to it at the moment). Ture, however he is the source of the panel, the source of all but one word of the joke, source of the word bubbles and source of the idea for it. No offense, but all you did was replace Sarda's name with your own in Red Mage's word bubble. Therefore you, in a way, ripped his work if you didn't get permission.

4. Same can be said for him taking jokes from other people. Not to mention the sprites.
