A lot of people don't understand this, but your subconscious is a very powerful friend.

Treat it like a second you that works for you.

 

Tell it EXACTLY what you want it to work on.

 

It's how I used to get up for work one minute before my (unreliable) alarm clock went off, repeatedly.

 

(Among other dang near supernatural jobs you can give it.)

 

If you tell it to network your brain a certain way, it'll make those connections.

 

Ignore that your subconscious works like this, and you're letting the outside world configure your brain how they want it. Don't think everyone who's figured this out is a nice person, either.
