Got the remastered version of Disturbed's "The Sickness". Started off pretty much exactly the same, but the evidence of remixing became a little more evident after a while.

Would you recommend it to someone who already has the original album or would you say it's not worth shelling out the extra cash? Is it better at all?

I recall seeing they had a deal going on at Target for something on the order of 8-9 bucks; I'd go for that, if you can.
