Gideon Jura, my favorite M: tG char. His fighting style and magic focusses on drawing enemies to attack himself so that he can fight them and that his comrades can kill them, as they are distracted (he's shown after he just barely beat a huge army in the pic). Thus, his philosophy is that pain and death should be recieved with open arms when the time comes, and are not to be feared.

True, but sometimes an individual should probably make sacrifices for the community for it to keep going. Even though the move was controversial, I think Sam recognized the need for that-Hunter needs to escape, we need a dude to hunt, let's use him.
It wasn't the best thing for Hunter, but overall, Sam probably made the right choice for Perdido Beach.

To be honest, Mef... I don't want to role-play with you. And I don't want to role-play with Kugh. I want to RP with everyone in the BZPRPG. I'm being quite serious here. Now, not saying all that Se-Kiri RPing was for naught, but think of the possibilities. You guys may be me friends, but I don't judge people, and I want to open myself to everyone. I mean, if I don't, won't we basically be co-authoring an Epic, or something?

No, man. Sorry I didn't get to explain this, but this is how the magic happens: The said powered dude focusses all light in the area onto their body. Even by subtly changing how much light is hitting them, the armor temperature of their body is changing. If needed, they can even add to the light hitting them. The light carries heat, warming up the armor, and if you get it hot enough, then said powered being can melt through walls, pick up scrap metal and turn it into gobs of molten metal, then throw it, etc.

I also figured out how to use light to heat up Mangai-Hau- WAITASEC The same principles could be applied for light toa as well as fire toa to reach supersonic speeds! ...That is, as long as they are heat resistant.
