Bought the soundtracks to both The Winds of War and War and Remembrance. Have been somewhat drawn to those miniseries recently.

Hah! Why should we be merry just because it's Christmas? It has been an annus horribilis. Why start being happy now?

Good grief, I'd almost forgotten Lego had cost so much... well, the thing that looks kind of like Gordon the Blue Engine looks pretty cool, and so does the Robo Explorer... I'll keep my eye out for them.

All of my first year here comes instantly to mind. At one point I tried correcting the BBCode on one of the comedies I read. Another time I actually shut down a comedy simply because I misinterpreted something.

Oh, but I love that show! I'll buy one!

Well... I mean they're not like the normal Kanohi... do they even fit on the heads?

Well anyway, after that I've ended up settling on Tumblr myself so as to harvest their joys and their woes. I'm probably going to rue that day, but there you are.

Not so much "a little less innocent", unfortunately. It was the beginning of a downward spiral - and so here we are, fighting another war - a Third World War. I dread to think how many more casualties it'll take.

Well, it's a Netflix series.

The authenticity is staggering, right down to the original Maori names! It really did feel like I was watching one of the original cutscenes. Fantastic work!

I'm wondering if anyone here's watching Voltron: Legendary Defender - and loving it as much as I do.

Watched Thor: The Dark World on Monday night. I guess I liked it, I definitely appreciated Christopher Eccleston and his role in the film. Though I do think I might've gotten more out of it if I watched the first one beforehand.

Before that, I saw the remake of The Nutty Professor at a friend's birthday party. It had some good moments but in the end it left me slightly annoyed. I'm not sure why...

I'm having a deja vu...

I don't justify it. If anything, I justify that it's my fault, at least partially. Because I was too old and beyond caring at this point - besides which, I couldn't really afford to buy more of these sets.

I might've known! That really is too bad... not that it matters, I never could properly get into it...

If anyone can remember this li'l bugger, I'll be very surprised.

In all seriousness though - a very comprehensive set of sprite sheets - can't recommend it highly enough.

I think it's just sunk in. I don't believe it!! I mean, they hardly gave it a chance, have they?! How can a toy line like this ever expect to build up an audience when it gets cancelled just when it gets going?!?!?

Ah, I remember when someone made the BrainPop mechanism to get those things out. This method does seem simpler though. Wonder if there's some other tool I can use.

Is it possible to get a sort of eyestalk effect in this new connection?
